Before you commit to a house plan, let me help you analyze your lifestyle needs...there are so many things to consider, it's probable you've forgotten some. I have designed a full questionnaire to get you thinking about some things you may have not yet considered. For instance...have you considered what entrance you may let your pet in and out of your home? Or where you are going to keep your table linens? My greatest desire as a home design and building consultant is to come alongside you to help you get the best possible house for you with the least possible anxiety! I want to minimize as much as possible the "woulda, coulda, shouldas" you might think about AFTER you move in!
I can design your home for you, but I don't have to be the designer to be your consultant. Many times professionals produce what you ask them to produce. They do not necessarily councel you through your choices. Regardless of who you have hired to produce your blueprints, I can help you with many of the decisions required to build your home. But PLANNING is the MOST important part.
After the plan is accomplished, I can help you make all of your design selections during construction: from kitchen design, to paint, to flooring, to bathroom tile!
